The process is very simple: Firstly an assessment of the teeth and jaw structure is done with a special radiograph. Then a model of the teeth is made so that your bite and appearance can be better studied and improved upon, as the size colour and position of your existing teeth can be altered to give the perfect result. Finally a bridge is made ready to take the place of the failing or lost teeth.

There's no need to worry, as you will be given a sedative to relax you, and with your gums numbed the failing teeth are gently and carefully lifted out to make way for the new dental implants. You can then take a rest as your new teeth are being prepared in the laboratory. Finally the new bridge and teeth will be fitted quickly and easily. That's all it takes, and your new teeth are secure and ready for use!
In ten weeks time your implants will have fused perfectly, and a final bespoke bridge can be made. Any little adjustments to your bite and appearance can be fine tuned at this stage to give you perfect new teeth for many years.
Looking after your new teeth is easy, careful cleaning every day is important along with six monthly visits to your regular dentist for professional cleaning. Once a year the bridge is removed, inspected and cleansed. This is a straightforward visit.
